Job Title: NATIONAL BROKERAGE AND DIRECT NETWORK PRODUCER


Location: Douala-Cameroon


Type of contract: CDI


Main mission: Attached to the Corporate and Technical Department of ACTIVA Cameroon, he/she will contribute to risk analysis based on information transmitted by the distribution and prevention network; participation with sales representatives and intermediaries (direct offices, bancassurance, general agents and national brokers) in negotiations with customers.

Content of the post

Register quotation requests;

Write contracts

Perform risk pricing

Follow-up of national contracts with direct network and national brokerage partners;

Internally ensure the interface between the treasury and the partners

Analyze the production slips by point of sale and by branch in comparison with the previous period:

Carry out the classification (contracts, receipts entered, APE, and opening of new policies) and the archiving of the various slips (Payment sheet, co-insurance checks and rebate checks);

Follow the endorsements and any changes to the contracts,

Profile required

Diploma: BAC + 4/5 MSTA diploma, DESSA (insurance diploma) or any other equivalent diploma

Experience: Minimum of 3 years’ experience in technical/production services within an insurance company.


Abilities

Mastery of underwriting strategies and policies

Knowledge of insurance products

Mastery of the CIMA Code

Good knowledge of the ORASS application
