We gain the operator licenses and spectrum from the regulators in each country, build and deploy our own networks, acquire subscribers and serve them with wireless and mobile

Type of contract: CDI


You are in charge of the clientele and your roles consist of:

Welcoming customers physically and/or by telephone

Recruit new customers

Analyze the needs of customers/prospects and propose solutions

Respond to requests for information

Sell ​​the products

Manage complaints

Customer follow-up

Profile

Bac+2 (marketing, commerce/sales)

Diploma in Commercial Action

Minimum of 06 months of experience

Qualities: empathetic, resistant to pressure and stress, optimistic and customer and result oriented


Language: French, bilingualism is an asset.
