Job Description

The Teleactor’s main mission is to carry out distance selling, file qualification, prospecting, surveys, order taking, making appointments, market research, etc., in transmission or reception of calls with customers or prospects.

Before taking charge of his mission, complete training is provided to prepare him for the responsibilities that will be entrusted to him.


Required profile


Minimum BAC +2 in communication, marketing, sales, accounting…etc

Perfect mastery of the French language, with good fluency both orally and in writing.

Commercial techniques and arguments

Good active listening skills

Mastery of telephone marketing techniques

Excellent customer approach and strong ability to convince.

Ability to manage stress
