The Cameroon Cereals Company, a subsidiary of the KADJI group specializing in the production of cereal-based flour, is looking to improve its coverage and market control for three (3) Sales Supervisors for the Littoral, l West and East.

Place of work: Douala / Bafoussam / Bertoua

Position: Sales supervisors

Qualifications required:

Experience obtained:

Bac+3/4 in Marketing and Driving license

03-5 years minimum Languages: French and English

Missions of the position: Under the supervision of the regional and the Commercial Director, the Sales Supervisor coordinates sales activities, takes orders. He is the guarantor of the performance of

Ensures the follow-up of his customers' accounts and the respect of the exchanges of payment of the invoices

Implements the communication and promotion strategy in the field in collaboration with the CME and the regional,

Ensures competitive intelligence: price, promotional offer, field deployment, etc...

Conducts satisfaction surveys and proposes improvements

Draws up a daily regional and weekly report to the Sales Director
