Being male/female
Be between 25 and 35 years old
· Justify training in hospitality (catering / cooking)
· Justify a professional experience of at least 02 years as a cook at home
ASSIGNMENTS:
Organization and preparation of daily meals or events for individuals
ACTIVITIES AND TASKS :
- Realize the menus according to the habits and food preferences of the residents
- Manage inventory
- Carry out shopping with specialized retailers
- Keep a budget
- Prepare meals according to health and safety rules
- Prepare the dishes according to the type of service (on the plate, on the dish, etc.)
- Set the table
- Serve at the table on request of residents
- Clean equipment and kitchen
- Create weekly menus and archive them to ensure the renewal of dishes taking into account diets and food balance
- Use appropriate preparation equipment and ensure its maintenance
