. Opportunity Description: Successful candidates will be responsible for,
· Advise and assist the company in legal matters;
· Carry out the legal validation of contracts and regulations ;
· Defends the interests of a company in the event of litigation;
· Alert the departments to the legal risks associated with the exercise of their activities and their orientations;
· Investigate legal cases and represent the company before administrative and judicial bodies;
· Assessing the opportunity or the risks of initiating or pursuing litigation proceedings and, if necessary, conducting an amicable settlement of disputes;
· Carry out a legal and regulatory watch
Profile :
Interested candidates MUST meet the following criteria,
Skills :
Good written and oral expression skills
Solid knowledge of business law
Good knowledge of the world of business, economics and finance.
Rigor and objectivity
Good presentation

Good communication skills
