The unpaid intern will be responsible for:
This internship essentially reserved for a non-sedentary candidate, who likes the field, the environment of the courts.
Its mission will be:
To go to the institutions that will be communicated to him in order to:
- to record and record the information on all the Buildings intended for sale.
- To obtain the geolocation characteristics allowing the building to be identified.
- To identify the owners, and negotiate with them on the conditions of purchase.
- To visit the buildings and identify the assistant accessories (take photos etc...)
- Although being based mainly in the court in Bonanjo, the non-sedentary candidate and therefore in the field must have a smartphone to communicate with his supervisor if necessary (sending photos, email, etc.)
This list is not exhaustive, it could be communicated to the trainee of other missions.
Possibility of an employment contract following successful completion of this internship in another department of the company.
The candidate holds a Master's degree in law.
Ideally the candidate should have knowledge of civil law, knowledge of assignments of debt, mortgages, land titles and the geographical identification of land.
