OPPORTUNITY


The Project Manager will have to work for the establishment and development of the livestock, agricultural and fish farming sectors within the N²DF group


Among other things, he will be responsible for supporting and contributing to the development of the activities of the 3 sectors (livestock, agriculture and fish farming) of the Okola site by Yaoundé.


Main tasks:


Ensure the follow-up of the works, human resources and budget of the project


Plan, design and implement popularization and communication actions,


Animate and coordinate actions for the groups of the 3 sectors,


Contribute to the implementation and monitoring of project structures,


Collaborate in the development of current or future projects,


Support the drafting of thematic technical sheets in connection with each sector,


Support the structuring of the 3 sectors: agriculture, livestock and fish farming


Ability to analyze, format results, develop study reports,


Participate in the weekly meetings of the shareholder group team and present the follow-up of the activities of the different sectors,


Propose innovative actions to be implemented on the site to contribute to its development.


Other tasks assigned by the hierarchy


Required Skills:


Precise knowledge in tropical agronomy, animal production, aquaculture


Demonstrated experience in writing and project management


Ability to adapt, autonomy and versatility,


Rigor and sense of organization, team spirit and taste for field work,


Ability to write and use common computer software.


Position location and conditions:


Project located in Okola, by Yaoundé. Means of motorized transport essential. 40 hours per week. Salary to be negociated.
