The ARCHIPEL CM training firm is looking for a PUBLIC RELATIONS MANAGER for the needs of a partner company.

 

                  REQUIRED PROFILE :

 

-  Hold a BAC+2

-  Required experience: 1 year in the field 

-  Age: 27 to 35 years old

-  Language: French and English 

-  Gender: Male-Female

 

           MISSIONS AND ATTRIBUTIONS:

 

   - Project management 

   - Prospecting strategy and follow-up of client meetings

   - Design of a communication plan 

   - Writing and distributing press releases 

   - Writing press kits

   - Promotion and monitoring of the internal and external image of the agency

   - Competitive and informational watch 

   - Establishment of a database of national and international journalists 

   - Media reporting of an event of the agency, a client or a particular period of the year 

   - Management of media coverage 

   - Federate and manage the community of internet users of the agency and of the agency's clients 

   - Competitive and commercial watch 

   - Production of content on the net (editorial, photo, video and sound)

   - Publication planning 

   - Interaction with its members

   - Increase digital presence

   - Creation of visuals on  canva.com

 

          CONDITIONS OF EXERCISE:

 

- Work closely with the general management

- Work in a team according to the regular hours defined by the employment contract 

- Work at the head office and possibly outside as needed

 

              SKILLS :

 

- Relational and writing skills 

- Information monitoring 

- Sense of listening and organization 

- Sense of discretion

- Ability to take initiative 

 

Salary: 96,000 FCFA in the first year then 120,000 FCFA from the second year 

 

Hours: Full time

 

Place of work: DOUALA 

 

Place of interviews: DOUALA

NB: The candidate selected for the position will have to undergo training in the field of Customer Relationship Management.
