Type of contract:  CDI


Work schedule:  full time


Place of work:  Douala (towards the general hospital)


Missions/ responsibilities/ activities


 


Greet customers at the company reception and on the phone

Inform customers about company activities

Keep the agenda of managers

Maintain records and contact customers

 


Skills/requirements/qualities

Have a minimum of a BTS in office automation or marketing

Be perfectly bilingual (English and French) oral and written

Possess excellent written and oral communication skills

 Know how to use social networks, create and maintain a community

Be between 23 and 30 years old

Have the ability to use social networks

Have easy contact

Master computer and office tools (office pack)

 Have a good presentation, a sense of organization and demonstrate rigor and involvement in the work

Be dedicated and have a sense of results

Be able to work under pressure

 Have excellent writing skills (English and French)

 Having practical knowledge of immigration procedures would be a great asset

Candidate profile

23 years old - 30 years old

Experience Level: Experienced

Minimum Academic Level: Bac+2 (BTS, HND,...)
