The Management of Yong Sport Academy is in need of the services of a Team Manager.

Call for Application

The Team Manager plays a key role in the success of the team throughout the season and even out of season. The TM will organize and direct the team. He/she shall be administratively accountable to the league for the following requirements

_ Attend Team Manager Meetings organized by the League to review and update teams on rules or policies and procedure changes. TM is required to attend these meetings in person.

_ TM is expected to pass on all information that is presented at meetings with Management or players or League. He/she is solely accountable for disseminating this information to the team.

– TM is expected to reinforce a positive attitude on and off the field for players. The atmosphere you create will be followed by players. He/She is in charge of disciplined the team.

-TM has as duty to manage the equipments of the team before and after all games as well as training sessions.

– Have a mastery of league rules and regulations. Registration procedures, league disciplinary rules, sanctions amongst others. It is your responsibility to understand all procedures and deadlines for registering players.

– TM will serve as a middleman between the team and management. All problems of the players will be channeled to the management through the TM and vice versa.

– TMs will manage the team roster and follow up on the programming of games. In relation to this, he/she is to ensure the travelling arrangements of the team out of town for away games and readiness for home games
