Tasks

Manage production staff and ensure the necessary recruitment for flexibility or periods of overactivity 

Plan production with workshop managers

Supervise services related to production 

Ensure communication with other departments 

Monitor daily production against forecasts and readjust them

Analyze failures, malfunctions, propose improvements

Research and propose solutions to constantly improve productivity, responsiveness and quality of production: manage increasingly short series, improve workshop layouts, optimize flows and supervise tests 



Required Skills

Hold a degree in agro-food engineering or process engineering or any other similar field

 At least 2 years experience required

 Master the tools of IT management

 Organize and plan activities

 Know how to be reactive in the face of a hazard

 Be both firm and diplomatic, know how to manage conflicts

 Be attentive and available
