SOLUTIONS RH + EMPLOI SARL company approved in the provision of temporary staff, research for the needs of one of its customers: A PREVENTION ASSISTANT (location Douala / Yaoundé)

Missions:

The main mission of the position will consist in assisting and advising the Manager in the implementation of the regulations in terms of protection of health and safety at work according to the legal provisions.

Your missions will consist of:

  • Assist the head of department in the professional risk assessment process;
  • Contribute to the development of the prevention policy (annual prevention plan and program) 
  • Propose practical measures to improve the prevention of occupational risks;
  • Participate in the analysis of the causes of work accidents;
  • Participate in collaboration with other prevention actors in raising awareness, informing and training personnel;
  • Collaborate with the prevention doctor for the development of the sheet relating to occupational risks;
  • Ensure technical and regulatory monitoring in terms of safety and health at work;
  • Participate in risk analysis and assessment.

Profiles Wanted:

  • Hold a BAC+2/3 in prevention assistance or any other equivalent diploma;
  • Have 2 to 3 years of experience in the field;
  • Ability to communicate and demonstrate pedagogy;
  • Know the regulations on health and safety at work;
  • Know the methods of risk analysis and diagnosis;
  • Know the rules of work organization, layout and design of workplaces 
  • Thorough knowledge of the professional environment, security rules, clearances and authorizations by activity;
  • English proficiency;
  • Have a sense of confidentiality and rigor;
  • Be proactive and flexible;
  • Have a state of mind allowing teamwork;
  • Have a sense of ethics.
