 Cabinet CAGESCO is recruiting for a clinic in the city of Douala a Medical Secretary


Placed under the direct authority of the promoter, his missions are as follows:

• Orientation of patients: administratively, on opening hours, available appointments and within the care structure.

• Transmission of information between patients and the medical profession.

• Managing appointments and schedules.

• Taking notes and writing medical reports.

• Maintaining, updating and filing medical records.

• Management, organization and supply of material for the structure.

• Management, drafting and sorting of correspondence.

• The creation and recording of patient files in the laboratory's computer system;

• Preparing and making results available to patients


Requirements

• Confirmed experience in an equivalent position.

• M/F Preferably bilingual, English and French


Terms

• Place of work: Cameroon, Douala
