Job Name: Logistics Manager

Tasks 


Develop and implement the policy for managing the flow of materials and corresponding information 

Coordinate logistical actions between sites, in relation to purchases, supplies and methods

 Ensure the definition and implementation of daily production launches

 Optimize stocks of raw materials, components and semi-finished products, in a “just in time” framework for suppliers, without generating shortages 

Supervise and optimize the organization of the internal flows of the factory, in a context of just-in-time flows towards customers 

Select a panel of carriers according to needs (structures, parcel emergencies) and negotiate rates and terms

 Prepare partnership contracts for service providers and insurance 

Manage and lead a team


 Required Skills


Hold a bachelor's degree + 3 in logistics and transport with a few years of experience

Organize your work by managing priorities 

Manage and lead a team with diplomacy and firmness 

Develop and monitor dashboards

 Understand and master the global industrial process as well as the production management system

Organize and optimize stocks and flows, according to the defined constraints

Master the transport environment: language, codes, methods, procedures, standards and regulations in force 

Composition of the application file: motivation letter and well detailed CV
