Office Secretary needed in Douala
We are recruiting for a company selling computer equipment based in Douala / Akwa AN OFFICE SECRETARY INFOGRAPHER to develop its activities.
JOB DESCRIPTION
Manage customers in the showroom,
provide secretarial work (document entry, archiving, filing),
manage basic computer graphics work,
Manage the switchboard,
manage store inventory and supplies,
carry out customer print jobs,
keep the basic daily accounts,
Manage the Manager's agenda,
Ensure the interface between the company and external suppliers as needed,
Write the minutes of the meetings,
Digitally and physically archive documents,
Carry out the tasks assigned by the manager,
CANDIDATE PROFILE
F between 25 and 30 years old,
Min Bac or Bac+2 in Executive Secretariat or equivalent,
Min 02 years of experience in a similar function as office secretary,
Very good writing skills
Mastery of the office pack (Word, Excel, Powzerpoint),
Ability to use graphic design software,
Ability to manage stress
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Loyal and courteous,
Bilingual (asset),
Methodical and rigorous,
High sense of responsibility,
Immediately available ,
