Hotel FINI: Hotel company / Accommodation-Catering-wellness and leisure


 Main missions:

• Assist the quality manager in the operational monitoring of activities: haccp, bph, etc.

• Ensure compliance with health and food safety requirements applying to all operators involved in the production chain (restaurant & Accommodation)

• Prevention of food risks by guaranteeing good hygienic conditions

• Force of proposal in the fight against pests

• Compliance of catering and accommodation products

 

Profile: bac+3/4 level in management and quality control.

Minimum experience: 02 years

Language: bilingual - French and English

Social skills: hospitality, responsibility, professionalism and excellence
