ACCOUNTANTS

A rapidly expanding French Academic Institution based in Cameroon is looking for services:

Accountants, position based in Douala and Yaoundé.

MISSIONS AND TASKS

His main missions will be to:

• Ensure the good administrative and financial management of the company

• Write the monthly statements of the accounting situation of the company

• Record daily accounting operations

• Participate in the payroll of employees

• Prepare tax and social declarations

• Produce and process invoices (customers)

• Record accounting operations in the accounting books

• Prepare for the closing of the annual accounts

• The tasks will consist of:

• Establishing the daily general accounting

• Preparing and entering the accounts (accounting documents, regulations, etc.)

• Chasing up customers who have not paid their invoices

• Entering the various tables Establish cost accounting

• Prepare and enter cost accounting Contribute to the proper management of human resources

• Monitor health reimbursements

• Monitor and control requests for reimbursement of employee expenses

• Monitor and control requests for employee absences Contribute to some administrative tasks

• Book means of transport or accommodation for employees on assignment Schedule meetings

REQUIRED PROFILE

• Minimum BAC+3 level diploma in Accounting

• Three (03) years of experience as an Accountant

• Good knowledge of Operations Accounting • Knowledge of

notarial accounting

• Knowledge of debt collection procedures
