Presentation of the
Law Firm dedicated to clients with business interests related to Africa, our activities focus on advice,
transactional support, dispute resolution and legal decoding in business law. With offices in Douala-
Bonanjo in Cameroon and a solid network of professional relations in Africa, we offer
multidisciplinary legal support with high added value, thus contributing to the success of our clients.
Main Missions
Under the supervision of the partners, your role will be to
advise, support and assist our clients
in all of their legal and
tax issues, as well as the development and implementation of
their pre-litigation strategies and/or or litigation.
Profile Wanted
Lawyer or general lawyer bilingual (French and English), you
hold a Master’s degree in private law and have a very good
practice of 3 to 4 years of business law, tax law and
acquiredin a law firm and translated by excellent
writing, analysis and synthesis skills.
