BICEC is  looking for the needs of its services for  01 LEGAL WRITER


Within the Compliance and Legal Affairs Department, your main mission will be to:


Contribute to the management of files admitted to the legal system by seeking advantageous solutions for the bank;

Participate within its entity, in the role of assistance, legal advice and assistance in the drafting of acts or contracts concluded by BICEC.

Profile 


University degree BACC + 4 minimum in Law.

Banking experience of at least 4 years.

Experience in a bank or a firm is an asset.

Knowledge


Knowledge of law (private law, business law, commercial law, company law, etc.);

General knowledge of banking activity and the various financing and means of payment;

Knowledge of banking and legal procedures;

Knowledge of legal terms and their use;

Mastery of the use of communication methods (telephone, fax, messaging, electronic diary)

Know-how and know-how 


Ability to methodically organize the filing of files;

Ability to manage time and meet deadlines;

Ability to search for information and update knowledge.

Team spirit and open-mindedness;

Ability to make information flow.

Place of duty  :  Douala
