The company Multinet Business Solutions Sarl , Based in Yaoundé, Building CNPS Avenue Kennedy, is looking for a Secretary responsible for communication


Academic level:

• BTS

• Bachelor’s degree in business communication or equivalent

Access requirements

• Have call center experience

• Residing in YAOUNDE

• Have self-control

• Be welcoming and cheerful

• Being perfectly bilingual will be a plus (English and French)

• Have good writing skills in French and English.

• Have good knowledge of the Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Publisher)

Daily tasks

• Master the services offered by Multi Business Solutions

• Calls available numbers making appointments

• Follow up with customers

• Make a daily activity report

• Ensure the tasks of a Secretariat


Relational skills


Have a strong relational capital to animate and develop communities on social network platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Linkedln)
