Job profile:

Reporting to the Information Systems Department (ISD) of the ACTIVA Group, he/she will be responsible for ensuring the implementation of the Group's security plan. He/she will be responsible for analyzing, dealing with intrusion threats and defining the action plans necessary for their correction or anticipation.
He/she will be the guarantor of the security and reliability of the IT systems of all the subsidiaries of the ACTIVA Group against potential cyberattacks.

Your missions:
  • Ensure a permanent technological watch of current and future threats as well as on developments in the cybercrime sector
  • Document knowledge bases and regulatory technical procedures.
  • Ensure a file for tracking identified nonconformities throughout the information system
  • As a member of the IT project steering committee, ensure that IT risks in projects are identified and propose mitigation actions.
  • Monitor and confidentially administer deployed security solutions
  • Identify the sources of potential attacks, their mechanisms and block their access to existing applications and data.
  • Assist, guide and assist local IT teams in securing the information systems deployed within their respective subsidiaries.
  • Write appropriate security procedures.
  • Ensure the implementation and compliance of these security procedures by all users
  • Conduct security awareness campaigns at a defined frequency.
  • Ensure a key role when deploying different security projects with business teams and external consultants
Technical skills
  • Good knowledge of information systems security
  • Good command of scripting languages (Python, SQL, C++ ...)
  • Expertise in the management of Windows and Linux operating systems, as well as security tools (Wireshark, NESSUS, Nmap, etc.)
Personal qualities
  • Team spirit;
  • Great autonomy in the performance of the tasks entrusted to him;
  • Analytical and discerning skills;
  • Sense of organization and rigor
  • Fluency in English
Training & experience:
  • Diploma: BAC + 4/5, Engineer in Computer Science or Telecom Network, Master in Information Systems Management or any other equivalent degree
  • Experiment: Minimum 05 years in the field of IT security (CISO, IT Security Consultant, etc.)
  • Certifications: Acquiring one or more of the following security certifications would be a major asset: Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), Certified Information System Auditor (CISA), Certified Information Security Manager (CISM), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), etc.
