Main missions

---------------------------------------------

Perform critical operations analysis tasks.

Planning and management of the operational reporting routine for the different departments and directions of upOwa.

Planning and design of data analysis for decision-making related to operational and strategic activities of the company.

Improve work and operational information management processes.

Identification of repetitive tasks and recurring requests, and proposal of adapted working methods.

Review and update of operations work procedures.

Proposal of in-depth analyzes on the company's activity and its impact, as well as the market and customer segmentation, and preparation of content for the disclosure of results.

Active participation in the design and ex-post analysis of market studies.

Participate in the training of employees of the department and of upOwa.

Planning and design of training offered to the upOwa team.

Required profile

---------------------------------------------

Bac + 5 level (Engineering, Finance, Mathematics, Marketing...)

Ability to understand and interpret data and indicators.

Mastery of analysis and prediction techniques (regression, correlation matrices, etc.)

Mastery of basic analysis tools (excel, google sheets, etc.)

Analytical experience in a marketing or market research department and/or mission.

You have a very good level of French. (>=C1)

Remote work experience is a plus.

Coding notions or skills (Java, Python, etc.) are a plus.

Autonomous, rigorous, with an analytical mind, strength of proposal.

Ability to work effectively in a team.

Excellent interpersonal skills and very good listening skills.

Sociability, affability, a taste for risk and a spirit of initiative are your assets.
