Green LOGISTICS is looking for 01 Entry operator in charge of administration 

CANDIDATE PROFILE


Experienced: Man / WOMAN (between 3 years and no experience)


ACADEMIC LEVEL 


-BAC+3 (licence in logistics and transport)


-SKILLS AND MISSIONS


– Mastery of data entry in the different platforms CAMCIS (all plans), E-force (DI, CIVIC, PHYTO. INSURANCE ETC…) and CNCC (BESC), 


-Follow the evolution of online files with the one-stop shop and all physical and digital administrations


-Follow and coordinate import/export operations, and field administrative procedures


– Fingertip control of suspensive regimes


-Enter or scan documents


– Check the conformity of the documents to be processed (validity, concordance, etc.) 


-Process files by integrating the international transport circuit and local logistics


– Master the procedures and formalities of customs clearance and removal of goods for import and export (sea and air), 


– Follow-up of the documentary procedures at the SGS. 


– Have a good command of all customs regimes, tariff headings, customs code and customs legislation
