GJITES BATI FORAGE is looking for a professional intern Communication Assistant

Reporting to the Marketing and Communication Director, you will assist him on the operational level and on various topics related to the group's communication

  • Manage internal/external communication
  • Write letters
  • Work with the legal department to ensure contentious communications with clients
  • Customer Relationship Management
  • Answer customer calls (this requires excellent oral communication skills)
  • Follow up with customers by email or phone calls

Your profile

  • Profile: Aged between 20 and 26 years old
  • You have a sense of contact and show ease and relational confidence
  • Your team spirit, resistance to stress and organizational skills are recognized
  • You are up to date in the use of the computer tool
  • You have technical, commercial or communication experience
  • You are eloquent and have very good knowledge in customer relationship management
  • you are able to work under pressure
