NAME Recycling is in need of management controller in Douala
NAMé Recycling is a Cameroonian company specializing in the recycling of
plastic waste. Thus offering a solution for plastic waste, while operating as a
profitable and sustainable business generating a broad environmental and social impact according
to international quality standards.
As part of our activities, we are looking for ONE (01) MANAGEMENT CONTROLLER,
position based in DOUALA.
REPORTING LINE
The incumbent will report directly to the Administrative & Financial Department, as well as
to the General Management.
Main missions:
Under the supervision of the DAF, the MANAGEMENT CONTROLLER will be responsible for:
• Monitoring the differences between the forecast objectives and the objectives achieved and
proposing corrective actions if necessary;
• Carrying out financial studies;
• Establishment of the budget and its follow-up on a monthly basis;
• Interpretation of results achieved versus planned;
• Analysis of changes in stocks and work in progress;
• Implementation and monitoring of industrial management indicators;
• Follow-up of the cost price of the projects, until the final realization;
• Participation in the development of consolidated landings;
• Participation in the integration and implementation of analytical reporting tools;
• Preparation and monitoring of budgets;
• Monthly control and analysis of realized accounts versus budgets
• Control of movements (supplier invoices, customer invoices, salaries,
expense reports, bank movements).

RESEARCH PROFILE
• Man/Woman between 25 and 35 years old (maximum)
• 1 to 3 years of experience in an operational management control position (ideally in
an industrial environment)
Bac+4 (Business School and/or DCG).
• Immediate availability
