CDIM SARL , Civil Real Estate Company specializing in Real Estate Management and Transactions, Buildings and Public Works, Topography and Cadastre, is recruiting for the needs of its services an Agency Manager.


CHARACTERISTIC OF THE POST: City Dschang, Immediate availability.


ASSIGNMENTS

The main mission is on the one hand to ensure, under the authority of the Managing Director, the operation, management and development of a portfolio of customers and prospects and on the other hand to develop the relational SCI by providing a high level of customer satisfaction through quality services.


In particular, he is responsible for:

Develop and manage the portfolio of customers and prospects;

Ensure research and development;

Ensure the management of the human resources of his Agency;

Ensure communication and public relations in its area of ​​intervention;

Supervise and manage the human, financial and logistical resources to achieve the objectives set;

Ensures compliance with procedures by all employees and be attentive to the proper integration of each new employee;

Prospect new customers and new business opportunities;

Supervise negotiations with customers and partners;

Strive to prevent unpaid bills and, if necessary, seek an amicable solution or initiate pre-litigation action.

Implement, under the supervision of the General Manager, the commercial and marketing strategy of the company;

Offer and sell CDIM SARL products and services tailored to customer needs;

Develop the company’s business network;

Perform any act to prevent unpaid bills and, if necessary, seek an amicable solution or initiate legal action after consulting General Management;

Develop relationships by providing a high level of customer satisfaction through quality services;

Develop and manage the portfolio of customers and prospects;

Participate in the processing of current transactions of clients in its portfolio;

Assess and control commercial risks;

Development and implementation of marketing methods: Organization, coordination and monitoring of sales and audience analysis;

Prepare monthly and annual management reports and make them available to the General Manager;

Pass, after assent of the Director General, the contracts of mandates for the management of buildings or the contracts for the facilitation of land and real estate transactions;

enter in the database of the company, all the accounting operations necessary for the follow-up of customer accounts;

Perform tasks related to the Agency’s taxation if necessary

SKILLS

Mastery of sales techniques, Knowledge in communication and digital marketing, Legal knowledge, Mastery of IT tools, Know how to be: Leadership, Great interpersonal skills, Proven negotiation skills, Persuasion skills, Open-mindedness and creativity, Ability to adapt, Taste for risk.


CANDIDATE PROFILE

Diploma: minimum BAC+5 in Marketing, Business Law

Commercial action, management, commercial sale or in a related discipline. Experience: minimum 3 years in sales, experience in real estate (optional).
