In order to strengthen our teams, we are looking for a MANAGEMENT CONTROLLER:

YOUR MISSION • Reporting to General Management, you will help define HLOG’s global

economic

You will ensure the development of

procedures, management tools and establish forecasts while steering the

budget process.

For this, you will be in charge of:

– Developing and implementing management and monitoring tools, procedures as well as verification

of their proper use;

– Define the main orientations of the controls and indicators to be put in place;

– Design the dashboards of the activity, set up and improve the procedures for

managing and optimizing the flow of financial information;

– Imperatively participate in the definition of objectives and then carry out financial and

economic studies;

– Control and follow up on requests to the DG;

– Establish year-end forecasts based on the corrected budgets for the current period;

– Build the main financial statements over 3 years by projecting the current results of

the company;

– Participate in the realization of budgets;

– Produce weekly reports on HLOG’s activity;

– Monitor discrepancies between the forecast objectives and the objectives achieved and propose

corrective actions if necessary;

– Carry out financial analyses;

– Supervise and control the accounting closures;

– Control the files and the FD (Expense Sheets)

REQUIRED PROFILE

JOB OFFER

Diploma: BAC+5 training in a business or engineering school with a finance and

management control specialty;

Experience: 7 years minimum in a similar position, ideally in a transit, logistics

or transport sector;


Technical skills:

– Being Bilingual (French and English);

– Good knowledge of financial analysis and financial risks

– General and analytical accounting

– Know how to draw up a budget

– Accounting and financial control-audit

– Budgetary accounting

– Tax law and company law

– Mastery of the office tool essential to his activity (spreadsheet, database design,

etc.)
