Description of the mission

Within our South-West Regional Department based in Toulouse (more than 200 restaurants with more than €780 million in turnover), attached to the Field Service, you will carry out detailed studies to analyze the impacts of competition and guide the strategy.
 
Profile
Market studies:
Analyze the economic environment of the region
Analyze the business of the restaurants constituting the market (turnover, transactions, sales locations, marketing mix, etc.)
Construction of the presentation
material Recommendation on the strategy to be adopted.
Punctually accompany the Director and/or the manager during presentations to franchisees Analysis of regional marketing operations
