Capital Market Account Manager
Rationale:
- Develop and implement growth opportunities in existing and new markets.
- Provide solutions, projects or plans to develop turnover
- Develop and retain a customer portfolio.
Main activities:
- Participate in the development and implementation of the business strategy
- Design and implement a development plan in line with the company's overall strategic orientations.
- Diagnose the client portfolio
- Prospect potential customers
- Manage a portfolio of clients

Profile of the holder:
- University degree BAC + 5 Finance, Banking, Management
- Experience of at least 5 years in front office in the banking – finance sector (markets)
- Have an excellent knowledge of capital markets activity, particularly that of the CEMAC zone,
- Know the regulations of markets in force in the CEMAC zone (OHADA texts, regulations and notes instructions COSUMAF, BVMAC, BEAC etc ...),
- Have an economic and geopolitical culture of markets,
- Master financial mathematical models,
- Fluency in English and possibly other languages
- Possess deep business skills
- Master prospecting and sales techniques
- Know how to negotiate and convince,
- Know how to anticipate opportunities
- Know how to anticipate the needs of customers and provide a response adapted to their expectations,
- Know how to implement a strategy,
