Beyond the simple reading of figures and other statistics, if you feel able to support ADWA Sarl in its expansion through strategic advice (business plan, valuation calculation, etc.), we are recruiting a Service Manager treasury and management control whose main missions will be the management of the reporting process, the analysis of profitability and economic management control of the company.


JOB DESCRIPTION


Attached to the Finance Department, your activities will mainly concern:


1/ Weekly and monthly reporting

Collect the financial data of the structure and analyze them 

Control and analyze profitability by product 

Track investments and fixed assets 

Develop and communicate a weekly summary of the consolidated cash position analyzing the main cash outflows and cash inflows for the week and future forecasts 

Analyze and explain the differences between the budget and the actual flows

2/ Monitoring overheads and cash

Monitor and analyze overhead expenses by process (receipts and disbursements) Estimate accounting provisions for expenses for monthly closings 

Ensure the control, monitoring and analytical traceability of all accounting operations, payroll, etc. 

Develop and implement budget and cash management tools and procedures 

Ensure that the various accounts (bank and mobile money) are fed and analyze their positions daily 

Control the correct accounting of banking and treasury transactions

3/ Cost optimization

Participate in the assembly of the financial component on the marketed offers 

Propose refinancing and cost optimization solutions 

Balance the accounts and invest any excess cash

4/ Management of relations with stakeholders

Negotiate and control the banking conditions applied 

Update administrative files (tax file, insurance, CNPS declaration, etc.) 

Update and maintain the documentary bases: list of bank and mobile money accounts, list of users, delegations of powers, respond to banking and administration compliance requests 

Contribute to forecasting and the development of the budget process

RESEARCH PROFILE


Academic training and experience

Academic level: Bac +2 to Bac +4 in accounting, treasury, finance management or banking 

Professional experience: minimum 3 years of professional experience in a similar position 

Age: between 24 and 40 years old

Technical skills

Good knowledge of office tools (Excel, Powerpoint, Word) 

Knowledge of negotiation techniques 

Mastery of financial regulations 

Correct level of English

Behavioral and relational skills

Rigorous, involved and dynamic

Capacity for analysis and synthesis 

Team spirit
