A growing French Academic Institution based in Cameroon is looking for services:

A Human Resources Assistant, position based in Yaoundé.

MISSIONS AND TASKS

His main missions will be to:

– ensure the administrative management of the Personnel: Administration of the Personnel, participation in the payroll, Recruitment, career management, training, etc.;

– Assist the HR manager in all his activities

– act as an interface between management and social partners (staff representatives, union delegates, etc.);

– Participate in the implementation of HR department projects implemented;

– meet the needs of operational departments in terms of HR;

– anticipate the company’s HR needs

The tasks will consist of:

– Collecting from management the needs and expectations in terms of human resources

– Ensuring the execution of the HR policy and projects according to the different areas of human resources: training, GPEC, recruitment, mobility, etc.

– Follow the evolution of HR strategies implemented in the company

– Prepare elements relating to payroll

– Participate in the monitoring and control of the implementation of HR activities

– Prepare all documents related to personnel management (employment contracts, social contributions, etc.)

– Maintain personnel files

– Participate in the development of social

dashboards – Ensure compliance with social and legal regulations related to HR areas

REQUIRED PROFILE

• BTS or BAC + 3 Human Resources, Administration, Management;

• Experience of at least three (01) years as a Human Resources Assistant;

• Mastery of all areas of human resources management Recruitment, personnel administration, labor law

• Mastery of IT tools

• Ability to update dashboards and write reports

• Mastery of tools specific to Human resources management

• Respect for confidentiality

• Strong ability to analyze and assess situations, rigor and responsiveness
