AFRICA FOOD MANUFACTURE SA is looking for an HR MANAGER
Reporting to the Group Human Resources Department, the HR Manager will be responsible for:
? Ensure the development of resources
? Ensure the administrative management of human resources in accordance with internal standards and best practices
? Bring your HR expertise to other members of the ACTIVITES team Participation in the definition of the HR strategy
• Apprehend and decline the HR strategy of the company according to the managed population. • Determine flagship projects according to this strategy and operational expectations (report them to his hierarchy).
• Propose and validate the nature and schedule of HR projects with his hierarchy. Advice and support for operational staff
• Respond to operational requests in all areas of HR (labor law, training, recruitment, employment contracts, career management, remuneration, management of IORP ...).
• Calls, if necessary, on specialized expertise (internally or externally).
• Provide support to managers in the application of labor law and in the development of teams (recruitment, career management, etc.).
• Support operational staff in their HR decisions (recruitment, dismissal, evaluation interview, promotion, conflict, social litigation, etc.), help them integrate the HR variable into their strategic decisions.
• Define and ensure the application by operational staff of all HR procedures. Implementation of HR projects
• Independently lead the multiple HR projects corresponding to the HR strategy: implementation of the HRIS, new organizational chart, organization of working time...
• Coordinate activities, monitor and control implementations.
• Set up HR monitoring and reporting tools.
• Evaluate the satisfaction of operational staff with regard to the HR service delivered and the expected results. Responsible PRP 10

• Update of HR procedures and processes JOB REQUIREMENTS AND REQUIRED SKILLS PROFILE
• Academic level: Bac +5 specialized in Human Resources Management, Labour Law, Sociology, Psychology.
• Additional training and/or qualification: Business school (ideally with option or specialization in human resources)
• Professional experience: 5-7 years minimum
• Maximum age: 45 TECHNICAL SKILLS
• Versatility in all areas of human resources management: recruitment, training, employment law, career management, payroll. It is indeed a generalist position.
• Economic and financial culture, in order to promote dialogue with operational staff and to be credible with them
• Knowledge of the company's business lines and in particular those corresponding to the managed population.
• Mastery of computer tools (in particular Word) and HR software PERSONALITY TRAITS
• Good oral and written communication in order to build quality relationships with internal and external interlocutors (interfaces are numerous)
• Listening skills in order to take into account the expectations of operational staff
• Flexibility and firmness in relations with operational staff
• Strength of conviction to convey ideas and projects, as well as a certain ability to negotiate
• Sense of organization for mer to carry out these projects and control their implementation
• Ability to carry out several projects simultaneously because the points of application of the HR profession are numerous
