JOB DUTIES :


The Management System and Compliance Manager organizes, implements and controls the implementation of the QHSE certification process in collaboration with all the company’s players to respond to the policy and strategic orientations of the Management.

ACTIVITIES


· Manage the steps to set up the maintenance or renewal of QHSE management systems in accordance with the guidelines of the Management and guarantee consistency and efficiency


Ensure compliance of operational practices with standards.

· Organize the management review in collaboration with the process pilots


Ensure the internal and external dissemination of information on the SM


Follow the evolution of regulations and agri-food research repositories for their integration into MS documentation and working methods

· Ensure that the QHSE policy is understood, implemented and maintained at all levels of the organization.


Train and support all actors in the implementation of procedures and / or maintenance of certifications


Design and lead training actions in the field of SMC


· Carry out a regulatory, normative and technological watch


· Perform internal audits and QHSE inspections, supplier audits and customer visits as appropriate


Facilitate problem solving group meetings


Ensure the follow-up of corrective actions resulting from audits, inspections and others


Ensure the maintenance and renewal of the various certificates in collaboration with the various pilots involved


· Ensure the development and management of the documentation of the management systems


Develop and maintain management system dashboards


· Educate staff on the application of QHSE control measures

JOB REQUIREMENTS AND REQUIRED SKILLS


PROFILE


· Academic level: Master in Quality, Safety and Environment or any other equivalent diploma


Additional training and/or qualification


Good knowledge of the ISO certification process


Professional experience: 05 years preferably in the agri-food sector


Maximum age: 45 years old


TECHNICAL SKILLS


· In-depth knowledge of QHSE management methods


· General knowledge of application areas


· In-depth knowledge of quality standards, health/safety, food safety, environment… (ISO 9001, ISO 22000, ISO 14001, ISO, 45000…)


· In-depth knowledge of systems audits


· In-depth knowledge of the organization and functioning of the agri-food industries


Knowledge of QHSE regulations


Knowledge of the organization of professional partners


Mastery of risk and hazard analysis methods


Mastery of management and communication techniques


Determination of indicators, development of dashboards and analysis of results


Identification of the relevance of the methods according to the objectives


· Organization and optimization of the means necessary to achieve the overall and specific objectives


SKILLS AND ATTITUDES


· Be attentive, available and adapt


· Be very rigorous and precise


Analyze and synthesize a lot of information


· Solve problems of various kinds


· Manage priorities


· Be both firm and diplomatic


· Know how to negotiate and argue


Mastery of office automation and IT management tools


· Speak a foreign language according to the needs of the company
