We are hiring

Prudential Beneficial Insurance is looking for its development needs 1 Direct Office Manager based in Bafoussam.

Duties:

• Coordinate and monitor the activities of the agencies;

• Help develop turnover;

• Supervise and support the teams;

• Promote a better image and reputation of the company;

• Develop a better commercial and professional network.

Job profile:

• BAC + 5 in commercial management, Customer management

• Have an insurance technician diploma

• Experience: 5 years in insurance;

• Good commercial skills (sales; commercial strategy; communication technique);

• Mastery of the Microsoft pack (Word, Excel, Powerpoint);

• Rigor ;

• Autonomy;

• Dynamism;

• Adaptability ;

• Sense of organization ;

• Listening skills ;

• Sense of initiative ;

• Sense of service ;

• Ability to manage stress;

• Ability to work in a team

• Bilingual.
