AMIS FINANCE COOP-CA EMF of 1st category within the framework of the opening of its Agency in NKOABANG and the expansion of its activities is looking for personnel for its activities.


Main missions

1. Develop the client portfolio

2. Publicize and sell the company's products

3. Develop a customer loyalty policy

4. Participate in prospecting campaigns

5. Collect funds from customers on a daily basis

6. Produce weekly activity reports

7. Supervise collection activities and ensure client savings

8. Ensure the up-to-date accounting 

9. Check and stamp all accounting documents 

10. Ensure the management of the cash register of the agency in Teller-Payer mode and the processing of current customer transactions

11. Ensure the promotion and sale of financial products and services

12. Facilitate, coordinate and control, with its collaborators, the design and implementation activities necessary for the development on the market of the financial products and services offered by the company 

13. Welcome, inform, detect needs and direct customers to the right person 


Prerequisites:

1.      Have a minimum of a BEPC, BACC, BTS and more in marketing Commerce sales (MCV) Bank Finance (BF) Accounting and others

2.      Have a minimum of one (01) professional experience in Micro Finance or Banking (Compulsory)

2. Computer skills

3. Good character

     Be honest and courteous

     Good relational sense

     Good presentation

4. Have an aptitude for day-to-day and commercial collection work

5. Be able to work under pressure and have a strong personality

6. Having knowledge of English would be an asset.
