A French Academic Institution in full expansion based in Cameroon is looking for services:

An Assistant, position based in Yaoundé.


MISSIONS AND TASKS

His main missions will be to:

– Welcome customers

– Schedule appointments

– Carry out the administrative management of mail

– Organize business trips

– Monitor the state of stocks

The tasks will consist of:

– Welcoming visitors, customers , suppliers, direct them, note messages and schedule appointments,

– Sort, distribute, postage, record mail and take care of the management of electronic messages,

– Write and format documents, forward them and put them away,

– Organize travel for team members or the manager,

– Check the state of stocks, assess supply needs and define orders to be placed,

– Update structure activity monitoring data (dashboards, results tables, …),

– Write and put on the page of legal documents (contracts, minutes and judgments, etc.),

REQUIRED PROFILE

• Minimum BAC + 3 in management secretariat or administrative management

• Experience at least one (01) year in Management Assistant

• Good Use collaborative tools (shared planning, web conference, corporate social network, etc.)

• Administrative skills

• Up-to-date knowledge of bureaucratic standards and procedures

• Ability to manage priorities and meet deadlines
