The ARNO Group is recruiting for its subsidiary ARNO TECHNOLOGIES: 

01 PROJECT WORKS MANAGER CVD. Location of the position: Douala 

MISSIONS

 The main mission of the CVD Project Works Manager (M/F) will be to conduct the work related to the air conditioning, ventilation and smoke extraction technology lots of our projects so that they are carried out effectively and efficiently (respect for schedules and budget limits). ACTIVITIES

 • Control the work by ensuring its quality and compliance.

 • Convene the necessary meetings to monitor the achievements of the site.

 • Ensure the effective presence of the various stakeholders of the site and the execution of the work on time. 

• Draw up the minutes of weekly meetings and transmit the report to the hierarchy.

 • Prepares, verifies and targets work findings, attachments and contract statements.

 • Establishes and implements the work execution schedule.

 • Animate the network of subcontractors and service providers.

 • Define the execution methodology in collaboration with the site manager.

 • Performs any other task inherent in the construction sites for which he/she is responsible. 

PROFILE 

• Bac + 2 in refrigeration and air conditioning and at least 05 years of experience, or Bac in refrigeration and air conditioning and at least 8 years of experience.

 • Have managed major projects (references to be provided). 

REQUIRED SKILLS 

• Knowledge of project management techniques (expression of need, planning, specifications, etc.) and the various associated tools. 

• Mastery of technologies related to climatic, refrigeration and electrical installations. 

• Good knowledge of the materials and materials used.

 • Reading and interpretation of plans, electrical diagrams and instruction sheets.

 • Compliance with quality, safety and environmental standards. 

• Ability to reason methodically and detect an abnormal situation.
