Recruitment Notice: Customer Service Officers
The General Management of LA MEC SA is recruiting for its Agencies 02 Customer Service Representatives for an indefinite term contract.
PRESENTATION
The Mutual Savings and Credit of Cameroon, abbreviated LA MEC SA, is a 2nd category microfinance institution, with variable capital of FCFA 500,000,000 with 08 branches spread over the national territory.
JOB MISSION
Ensure the development and retention of customers by respecting legal and regulatory procedures in microfinance
TASKS
Develop the client portfolio;
Set up commercial actions with prospects or customers;
Advising clients on credit matters,
Maintain close relationships with companies in the sector
Sell agency products and services
Manage customer complaints;
Build customer loyalty and (revive dormant accounts)
Analyze and study credit files;
Monitor the repayment of loans granted by keeping the loan monitoring sheet
Relaunch dormant customers and carry out collection actions on new and old outstanding debts (telephone call, reminder letter, formal notice, closing invitation and closing report
Produce your monthly activity report
Make descent for the location of land taken as collateral, home and place of business of customers applying for credit
Set up loan agreements and credit set-up sheet after approval by the hierarchy
Follow up with all insurance business contributors (cheques to be discounted) lost sight of.
Conduct field trips to visit customers
Do 80% of field work (Prospecting, targeted visits, collections….Etc)
PROFILE
Diploma: level of Bac + 2 to Bac + 5 (type BTS or Master) in Banking and Finance, Commercial action or other equivalent diploma.
Professional experience: At least 5 years of experience as a customer service representative in a Microfinance institution or any other financial institution.
Master the computer tool;
Speak in English and French
Perfect mastery of financial mathematics and have strong organizational skills
Have a mastery of computer and office tools (EXCEL-WORD and other banking software).
A perfect knowledge of the microfinance environment
Good knowledge of marketing and sales techniques
Good knowledge of banking techniques.
