AFRICA FOOD IMPORT SA is currently looking for one of its agencies a cashier La Caissière will have for missions to: 

? Ensure the control of the documents materializing the collection operations (cash register receipt on invoice); ? Ensure the control of the documents materializing the disbursement operations (supporting documents) 

– ? Manage cash operations on a daily basis, including receipts, disbursements; 

? Maintain and update cash processing materials. 

ACTIVITIES 

Daily maintenance of cash transactions - Cash funds; 

- Disburse funds; - Establish cash receipts Receipts; 

- Establish cash parts disbursement expenditure; 

- Follow with the hierarchy the confirmation of the cashing of checks; 

- Make bank payments; 

- Receive customer checks from the agency and transmission to the treasurer;

 - Have the disbursement documents signed by the competent authorities (mandatory information);

 - Hold manual cash fog; 

- Maintain the register and tracking file of customer cheques received. 

Follow-up of banking operations 

- Makes bank disbursements in accordance with instructions received from management; 

- Monitor cash collection operations;

 - Update the recipe book; 

- Stop the cash register every end of the day and transmit the situation of the cash register of the day to the hierarchy. Management and follow-up of files: 

- Transmit to the hierarchy the monthly statement of expenses made at the cash register; - Organize the filing and archiving of files. 


PROFILE 

- Academic level: Bacc + 2 in accounting, business management or any other equivalent diploma - Professional experience: 2 years in a similar position;

 - Minimum age: 28 years. - Have an ease in handling funds; 

- Strong sense of service and contact (multiple interlocutors) 

- Organized and rigorous, dynamic and motivated.
